How Can I Contact Executive Furniture Leasing?
Where Does Executive Furniture Leasing Deliver to?
Executive Furniture Leasing services all of North Carolina from Asheville to Wilmington.
Delivery fees are based on location, please contact us by phone or email to discuss fees for your area.
What is the Minimum Lease Term?
Our minimum furniture lease is three months (90 days). You can lease for any time frame over 90 days.
Can I Rent a Single Piece of Furniture?
Our company is designed to provide affordable furniture packages for your entire home or apartment. You can lease a single piece, but it may not be cost effect and possibly more than the entire package.
How is Your Furniture Cleaned?
All of the furniture items are cleaned after every single use. The case goods are sprayed, disinfected. All drawers are wiped out. All upholstery pieces are cleaned with commercial upholstery machinery to include a disinfectant spray based on the manufactures instructions for exceptional cleaning for our next customer. When the furniture is delivered to a new set up, all the furniture items are wiped out, sprayed with disinfectant, and all items are dusted.
What If I Have a Pet?
Not a problem, you can have a pet. We just ask the type of pet you have and it’s breed and weight. We do require a refundable pet deposit based on the pet and the number of pets you have this fee is between $300 to no more than $600. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after pick up if there are no damages to the furniture and housewares. This may include damages from the following: animal hair/fur, urine damage, animal smell, stains, furniture that has been chewed, scratched or eaten. And not limited to other damages not listed.
Can I Purchase my Rental Furniture from Executive Furniture Leasing?
We do not sell individual pieces but under certain circumstances we offer the option for our customers to buy out their lease. Contact our office at 336-851-1351 to determine if your lease is eligible for a lease buyout.
How Do I Start the Leasing Process?
Will I Be Invoiced Each Month?
Yes, you will be emailed an invoice in the middle of each month for the next month amount due. Rents are pro-rate at delivery and pro-rated at move out.
Are Deposits Required?
Based on your credit – you may be required to pay a deposit.
Do You Deliver on Weekend? Can I Request a Specific Delivery Time?
We offer delivery Monday through Friday. A delivery time can be requested but is subject to change. As a courtesy we offer a call ahead to alert our clients that we are on the way to make the delivery process as convenient as possible.
Does Executive Furniture Leasing Rent Appliances, Electronics and Housewares?
Yes we do! We can add washer and dryer, TV, DVD player, microwaves, and housewares to any of our furniture packages for an additional cost.
We are unable to lease the appliances, electronics, or housewares by themselves without a furniture package.
Does Executive Furniture Leasing Rent to Own?
No, we do not do rent to own leasing.
Can I Request an Exchange or Add-On After Delivery Has Been Completed?
Yes, call our office at 336-851-1351 and we can discuss options for exchanges, pricing and delivery fees based on your needs.
How Do I Change my Credit Card on File or if I Have a Question About my Bill/Invoice?
Call the office at 336-851-1351 and ask for accounting and we will assist you. Our office is opened Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
How Can I Schedule a Pickup?
Call our office at 336-851-1351 to discuss. There is a contact form on the website for contacting our office you can send your notice on this form as well as email a notice to email@example.com. Our staff member will respond back within 24 hours, if you do not hear back from us please call our office.
