When can I schedule a furniture delivery?
Our team is available to deliver furniture to you Monday-Friday.
If a lessee does not have renter's insurance, must they pay an additional fee or percentage of the cost to rent furniture each month?
Yes, we can add insurance coverage for an additional $40 per month
Is a security deposit required if the lessee meets the credit check?
No! As long as we have a valid credit card on file and you pass the credit check, there is no security deposit required.
Is there an additional charge for those who pay by credit card?
As of this moment no, but we reserve the right to apply an additional fee for credit card payments in the future. Please note that we offer the option to pay by ACH.

How is your furniture cleaned after the end of each lease term?
All of the furniture items are cleaned after every single use. The case goods are sprayed, disinfected. All drawers are wiped out. All upholstery pieces are cleaned with commercial upholstery machinery to include a disinfectant spray based on the manufactures instructions for exceptional cleaning for our next customer. When the furniture is delivered to a new set up, all the furniture items are wiped out, sprayed with disinfectant, and all items are dusted.
When will I be invoiced for my payment?
You will be emailed an invoice in the middle of each month for the next month amount due. Rents are pro-rate at delivery and pro-rated at move out.
